Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Sexto Municipal de Pequeñas Causas Laborales de Medellín y el Juzgado Segundo Municipal de Oralidad de Bello (Antioquia).
Por advertir que el accionante decidió interponer la acción de tutela en Medellín, lugar donde está domiciliado y en el que se concreta la afectación a sus derechos fundamentales, la Corte consideró que el despacho municipal de dicha ciudad debió avocar el conocimiento de la solicitud de amparo.
En consecuencia, se dirime la controversia con la remisión del expediente al Juzgado Sexto Municipal de Pequeñas Causas Laborales de Medellín, para que sin más dilación profiera la decisión de fondo que corresponda.
